Megnaik Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Hi Everyone - Got my visa approved today :) Montreal US Consulate was less crowded. My interview was at 8:00AM and I was out of consulate by 8:15 Interview lasted for 2 mins - VO questions 1. Who is your employer? 2. How long you have been working for them? 3. What are your role and responsibilities? Documents asked are- 1. I-797 2. I-129 3. Client Letter 4. Of course Passport and DS- 160 I had situation where I had changed end client after my H1 approval, but my employer had amended my LCA only and not the H1. Since I had time constraint, I had to taken a chance without H1 Amendment. P.S - Again, everything depends on the individual case, sharing my solely experience. Good Luck! Please be confident, there is nothing worry about if you have ALL the necessary documents.

Yes, this is my first H1B, I am still waiting for the passport as my interview was on Friday Feb 8th. It usually takes 3-5 business days.
