I have a approved H1B for period of 10/01/2010 to 10/01/2013 with my employer at In-house project, but I got a project in some other company in December 2010 in different state, Since then I've been with same client. Question is I recently applied for amendment of my H1B in premium process with this client, which I working since Dec. 2010, I don't what the result will be for amendment. If VO asks below questions .....what should I answer??? 1. where do you work? 2. How long you are working with your company? 3. how long you are working with client? 4. how long your project with the client? 5. why did you amended so late? 6. why didn't you amended early? Please answer ......

Please answer ...... It has been said many times that everything should be 'truth'. What are you expecting here??
Attorney_25 Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Generally if you have an amended petition properly approved for your current location, the consul will not be asking questions as to why the amendment was filed late. You may want to consult with a qualified immigration attorney to determine the potential consequences of your facts.
