Pickle Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 Hello, I am wondering the validity of the PD date. For example, can I use the PD (March 2009) for an approved PERM from a few years ago but didn't move forward with I-140. Or do I start all over again with a new PD and PERM? Thanks.
Attorney_11 Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 Transfer of priority can only happen between approved employment based immigrant I-140 petitions. It is not possible based on approved PERMs.
