Can someone help understand when I would be able to file my new H1-B / L1. My GC has not been started & I would need to wait for my new H1-B. Looking forward to your quick response. Thx vby~

Attorney_11 Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 One year outside of the United States. The one year must be complete before applying for the H-1B. If the employer is subject to the cap, a cap subject H-1B would have to be filed.
