My Company as a middle vendor for my project

Hi,

Company 'A' is holding my H1 visa and I have my own company 'C'. Can I make my Company 'C' as a middle vendor for my project being an employee of company 'A'.

Is this legally possible? Would there be any issues if I do it this way.

In general, a person in H1B status is only permitted to work for h/er sponsoring employer.

If you have opened your own company, you may have already violated your status. I suggest you schedule a consult with an experienced attorney.
