pinoy16 Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 Hi everyone, My family landed Canada as new immigrant last Dec. 28, 2012. I still have a valid L1 ( I-94 or I 797 ) until July 29, 2013. I still have unfinished business in my work. We need to land in Canada before our immigrant visa expires. We have an appointment at US embassy in Toronto on February 6 to apply for L1 stamped visa or visa re-stamping. What are our chances to get a new stamped visa? Please help me and give us advise what to expect. Kinda worried. Thank you
