mograv Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 My previous H1B is filed by xxx in 2007 and got stamped in April 2008. I came to US in Sep 2008 and stayed till Apr 2009 with no project. In this 6 months of stay, only one paystub (for Jan 2009) is maintained. Now for my H1B extension with same employer, I am going to attend interview at US consulate for stamping. (working in singapore from 2009) Is there any chance to get query from VO related to pay stubs or w2 while i stayed in US previously. Please clarify me.
