Conditional GC

I am married with USA citizen entered in USA through conditional GC .The day i landed USA(just few days back only) my husband didnt let me get into the house and got threatening by my sister in law that i should leave otherwise they are gonna call the cops and my husband want to take divorce which i dont want.Currently staying at one of my relative place and not sure what to do .I have not receive my GC yet which is gonna me mailed at my husband address in some month want to know

1. What are my right

2. If i want to stay back in US what should be my next step as i am on conditional GC

3. Can my husbnad cancel by GC

I didnt get you what do you mean by "immigrant fraud" it's him only who sponsor me and i am married since 1 and half years. It's just that we had some conflict and got into this situation. Can you please tell me what should i do .
