L2 to H4 COS and now stamping

Hi,

I came here on L1 with my wife on L2. Then I did a COS from L1 to H1 & my wife L2 to H4. So, we do not have H1 & H4 visa stamp on our passport.

Now, my wife is planning to go to India & get H4 stamped. My questions-

1. Does she need to attend visa interview or can she just submit the passport
   
2. Will it create any issues since I still dont have my H1 stamp (just have I94)
   

Note that I have all my documents (LCA, H1 Approval, I-94, W2 forms etc...) well intact.

Please advice.

She need to attend H4 visa stamping interview, and as long as you have all the valid documents, there won't be any issues. Your H1 stamp doesn't matter.
