Inclusion of spouse in GC process

I received my EAD/AP and my wife got her H4. When I can include her into my GC application process? will she be eligible to receive atleast EAD/AP.

did you marry after filing 485?

If your pd is still current, you should go ahead and file 485 for her as well. If not, you should wait till the pd is current and maintain valid h-status in the meantime so she has valid h4 status.

you can file 485/ead/ap applications for your wife assuming the pd is current.

Thank you my PD is not current yet, so i have to wait until the PD becomes current and maintaining the valid H status till then?
