kap1982 Posted February 2, 2013 Report Share Posted February 2, 2013 Hi My L1A Visa Expired on 15-Jan-2013, accordingly My Company A applied for an Extension on 8th-Jan-2013. Company B wants to apply an H1 COS for me under premium when the Quota opens on 01-Apr-2013. The thing is that i have to go to india for personal reasons in May.Ideal situation is to have both L1A Extension and H1 Approval by then. Is it possible for me to go to india and come back to US on an L1A stamping and later switching my employer using my approved H1? What are the Risks, Repurcussions and alternate options if not?
