I-140 PP at nebraska -- but no case updates till date.

I have sent my document for i-140 PP on Nov 27th,2012 along with my personal cheque. On 2nd week of december, uscis returned the cheque but accepted the case on regular instead of premium. Again, I have upgraded my case to PP and sent the document by mail to LINCOLN, NE on12/26/2012 (Wednesday). Am nearing 6th year completion but so far no updates on my case till date about the i-140 upgrade.. My attorney called them but no response. my employer sent email but no updates. What are my options. Shall I cancel the PP and again request? Or Am doing something wrong.. Please advice..

I have also heared the same thing. Nebraska is taking more than 15 days even someone applied with PP.
