EB3 professional - I-140 denied.

Hi,

I have a 3yr degree from India and 10+ yrs of experience. My PERM was approved in Nov.

My employer's attorney filed for I-140 under EB3 professional category with educational equivalency evaluation. There was RFE for filing as professional and then denial.

My company has re-filed the I-140 as EB3 skilled worker now and requested premium processing. It has been 2 days and no response yet from TSC. My 7yr H1 expires in May and I am scared.

Anyone with denials for EB3 professional and then refiled for premium processing?

TSC did not accept my re-file for premium processing. They have put it under regular.

Anyone has any ideas on how long it takes for EB3 regular processing at TSC?

USCIS shows processing times for TSC as 4 months.
