Before changing the clinet I was working for 35$ an hour and my pay checks show the same. After changing to the new client, my pay rate was increased to 40$ an hour which shows in pay checks but LCA shows it as 35$. Is this a problem while attending the H1B interview?
wiweq Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 "LCA shows it as 35$" => I have never heard of H1b LCA with per hour job salary. If you are making more that LCA wages, you are ok.
