Chefs from India - How to?

Hi

I'm on EAD for one year. Im working on to start a new restaurant and identified place. I'm thinking to bring two new speciality chefs from Indian to work for this start up. Would like to bring them upfront, train them in one of my friends resturant while I set up my new venture.

Everything wanted to do legally, takes time though. Brining my own personnel works? and by which visa category?
