AC21 , and past layoffs at new employer

If I change employer from GC sponsoring to employer B, using AC21 , and if employer B had recent layoffs in last few years? , will it affect green card?

Because for labor application we need to make sure that there were no layoffs in last 6 months for GC sponsoring employer? Do we need to check the same with employer B i?

There is no such requirement in AC21.
