I want to thank Murthy forum and every one who posted their valuable experiences in this forum.

I have scheduled the interview appointment on Jan 23 at 9:30 AM in toronto. Here are the questions I have been asked during the interview.

1. Are you working for the company XXX?

A : Yes I am working for the company XXX.

2. How long are you working for this company XXX?

A : for XX months, since xxx date.

3 . How long have you been in USA ?

A : since XXX date , for x years almost.

4. Is that your current employer XXX related to your old employer YYY ? This question is asked as I did transfer from company A to Company B.

A : No , there is no relation between those companies and those are independent.

5. What is your salary?

A : My Salary is xx K/annum

He took the paper which is related to the instructions regarding how to collect the passport and looked at the system for around 2 mins and told the golden words "I am approving your visa" and given the paper.

VO did not ask for any documents , My suggestion is get all your documents and all of the questions are from your documents only... be cool and be confident at the interview.

I am waiting for my passport to pick up and not updated any status so far in the site , Not planned for the return back as not sure when will receive the passport. If any one is attended for the interview on same day please share your status , thank you..

All the best....

I had my interview as well on Jan 23 morning 8:15 AM. My VISA was approved and was told that I would receive the Passport in 3 to 5 days. Still waiting to receive an update about my Passport delivery. Also, I logged into CEAC website and I see only DS-160 confirmation page and no other VISA related information. CSC website as well does not have an update yet. Please let me know if you guys received any update. Also, was I-797 returned to guys after the appointment or was it retained.
