usbpl Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 I am on H1B currently and recently got married to a U.S citizen. I want to change my last name to his. I havent changed my name with SSN office or DMV yet. I am little confused if I should fill I-485 and all the other related forms with my maiden name or married name. We also bought a house together last year and the house deed has my maiden name. Please advice.
