StressedAbtGC Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 I think the usual procedure is a 1 year extension for AP and 2 year for EAD. That is what happened in my case each time I applied for extensions.
StressedAbtGC Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 I should add that my case is from a time when they used to issue two separate documents for AP and EAD and that is how it still continues for us. I believe now a days there is a 'combo' document. So not sure what the extension rules are for that.
