But my vendor is a non everified company and he is willing to sponsor me a H1b and work on his payroll starting from OCT. I would like to take this oppurtunity. My question is can my vendor file for my H1b (non everified) which will start from OCT 1st? or is there any rule that only an everified company can file for F1 to H1b? JoEF any suggestions please?
