JyotiKhera Posted January 21, 2013 Report Share Posted January 21, 2013 Hi there, I am working in US on H1 VISA. My 6 Years on H1 is expiring in Februray and my employer has not filed my GC. My husband is already on h1 , so I changed my status from h1 to H4 and will be taking and extended long leave from my employer. My question is, if my employer decides to file my GC now , will my H4 status be an issue? Thanks Link to comment
