EAD & AP Renewal - can I-131 & I1765 sent to different location for same person?

I am living in California & my I-485 is pending & the petition starts with SRC.

I am filing for my wife & my EAD & AP renewal. As per the I-765 guidelines, since I live in California, I should send the documents to Phoenix lockbox

As per the I-131 guidelines for AP renewal, my petition starts with SRC, so I should file in Dallas lockbox.

1. Do I really have to file I765 & I131 in different lockbox?

2. Is there any way to talk to USCIS & get this clarified?

Yes, they can be sent to different locations for the same person. Happened with me as well. Please mail the forms to the appropriate location per the instructions for those forms.
