I counted on my recapture period and its coming up 12 days more that they have given me. My employer has filed labor on Aug 28, 2012 but i got an audit which has been reponded on dec 5, 2012. My question is that is there anyway i can get extension or get some grace period if my labor didn't get approve by that time based on this filed labor and what do i need to do to get this recaputre period included. Also how long audit takes. Please help me on this. Or what other options i can go for like divertng to some other visa(F1 or B1) Thanks!
