rdommara Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 I'm in my 6th year(have my I-140 approved) of my H1B and I have my current H1 until Apr'2014. I'm a FTE and 'm with my company(1000 employees and NYSE listed) from last 3years. I got my Visa stamped in Feb 2010 at New Delhi. But I got 221g before getting my Visa. The VO thought my company was a consulting company and asked for client letter,employee details with Salaries. However after my company and attorney wrote a letter capturing all the details about my company I got my visa. I'm thinking about attending for visa at Matamoros and could you please advise me if there are any risks. Thanks!! Link to comment
