Now with different employer EB21 I-140 got approved and priority date ported it from EB3. Dates are not current and current processing time EB2 india is in Sep 2004. Could you please someone tell what is next steps need to do? Belle appreciate your inputs if you can give details.

Shurap1 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Easy, wait for each month's visa bulletin and hope your date gets current and one day you will see it that you are getting current in next month and then you can start the prepare the filing pre-work such as getting medicals done etc. As of now you can gather the documents such as Birth certificate if you don't have already.

After porting date from EB3 to EB2, is there anything need to do if EB2 I-140 configured correctly instead of EB3 I -140 for I-485 if dates are not current? Like inter filing or opening service request or info pass?
