Sri_h1b Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Experts..please advice!!! I was working for a company A until Feb 6th 2012 and from Feb 8th i started working as FTE in company B. Recently i took an experience letter from Company A it says i worked there until March 10th. Will there be an issue for H1B stamping? Thanks in Advance!!!

Arvinder Vemula Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Its better of you ask your employer A to give you a fresh experience letter stating that you worked till Feb 7th as you started working from Feb 8th as FTE. This is to avoid any confusion to the Visa Officer and to get a visa without any queries.
