H1 Visa B Stamping Appointments process

Hi all

I need some advice here - my H1 B renewal has just arrived and I need to get my visa stamped. I am trying to figure out where I can get this done the soonest - i..e. where I can get the appointment earliest - Canada, Mexico or Brazil or Singapore - i have business trips coming up and don't want to be stuck. I am trawling the consular websites in all these locations, but looks like I cant find appointmemt times unless I pay the fees for each one of these. is that correct? any help / advice will be appreciated.
