221g white and Visa check status refused in Ottawa Jan 14

H1 Visa Status Check Refused

Hi

Can anyone explain to me what is the meaning of H1B Visa Status Check Refused.

here are the details

My interview was on Jan 14th 2013 at ottawa counsulate

VO: Asked client letter, vendor letter, employer letter

Me: i gave

(in Client letter there were two differrent fonts and it looked like a xerox copy although it was a color pring company logo was black and client signed with a black ink)

VO: you don't have respect to the united states of america, you provided a client letter with multiple fonts and it look like a xerox copy.

Me: The client gave it that way

VO: your client have no respect to the united states of america

Me: i was quite

VO: Handed over a 221g white slip

They sent me a email same day at ariond 11AM to provide i129, LCA and Pay statements, i already sent the documents thru email. Also

They sent a questionnaire to client same day 11AM and he replied next day morning to the questionnaire.

Now when i check the status it shows refused.

Does this mean the h1 visa is rejected for me or time being for some reason its refused.

could anyone please let me know whats happening if they are in same situation , i will be thankful.
