Sponsorship for EB3 to EB2

Hello members,

Need some advise and recommendations;

My status:

EB3 PD FEB 06

140 approved 485 pending working on EAD since feb 08. Left the parent co in 08 to remove the extra layer, continue to work at the same place, applying for EAD/AP Every 2 yrs.

Thinking of EB3 To EB2. Since my direct emp is a US based staffing co, they do not do GC etc... So it seems I'll have to start by finding a company to sponsor my GC.

Can you guys recommend me some well established company that will sponsor my GC. Any input is greatly appreciated

You would have to apply for jobs, just like everybody else.

There are tons of job boards.
