In 2010 there were some incidents happened that valid H1 visa holders were sent back from Newark POE. I have a valid H1 visa and next month I will be landing at Newark airport. My previous roomie who was a *** employee was made to sit in another secondary immigration check room for 5 or 6 hrs and they left him. this is what I knew.
