kpr Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 When the appeal for my EB3 I-140 was filed, that time the processing time was 30+ months which now came down to about 20 months. Will my case at AAO will be processed based on the current timeframe (which is 19 months) or as per the timeframe at the time of filing (which was 30+ months)? Appreciate all your answers.
