And as per new VB, Sep 1st, 04 is the cut-off date, Does it mean, my Application can be assigned a visa number and to an officer ? Thank you.

I just received a reply to my previous e-mail ( for requesting status on my pending I-485 “APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS”.) from texas CS. --- Your case is currently in route to an officer for review. Please allow 60 days for receipt of action in your case. XM1058 Immigration Services Officer USCIS – Texas Service Center --- Does it mean, My case been assigned to 485 officer ?
