EB1C eligibility

Hi,

I was in a MNC woking in India as a manager and came to US 2 years back. I came here on L1 and converted to H1. Now they wanted to take me back with good pay and said they can start my GC process as well. As I moved out from them 3 months back and it would take another 2 to 3 months to complete the process, am I stil eligible to under EB1C from them? would that work?
