arvfos Posted January 2, 2013 Report Posted January 2, 2013 Hello, My company has filed for my GC in EB3 category. The PERM got approved after an audit and now they are preparing to file my I-140. The minimum requirement for my position is Bachelors in Computer science or MIS or equivalent with 7 years of experience or No degree with 15 years of experience. I have a 4 year Bachelors degree from India but the area of study is Pharmacy. I also have 8 years of total experience out of which 6 years is in IT and 2 years is in non-IT. First my attorney wanted me to get a letter from a professor in my college stating that Bpharm is equivalent to BS computer science and then now she is asking me to get a revised experience letters from my non-IT employers with new designation names. She is telling me that my I-140 might get denied if I don't do this. I got the letter from my professor explaining the curriculum and how it prepares the student for a career in IT however I'm unable to get my non-IT experience letter rewritten as I feel that it is wrong. Do you think my I-140 will be rejected? Best Regards arvfos
