I-140 - EB3 - Experience/Education issue

My company has filed for my GC in EB3 category. The PERM got approved after an audit and now they are preparing to file my I-140.

The minimum requirement for my position is Bachelors in Computer science or MIS or equivalent with 7 years of experience or No degree with 15 years of experience.

I have a 4 year Bachelors degree from India but the area of study is Pharmacy. I also have 8 years of total experience out of which 6 years is in IT and 2 years is in non-IT. First my attorney wanted me to get a letter from a professor in my college stating that Bpharm is equivalent to BS computer science and then now she is asking me to get a revised experience letters from my non-IT employers with new designation names.

She is telling me that my I-140 might get denied if I don't do this. I got the letter from my professor explaining the curriculum and how it prepares the student for a career in IT however I'm unable to get my non-IT experience letter rewritten as I feel that it is wrong.

Do you think my I-140 will be rejected?
