On November-1st 2012 I-140 approval status on USCIS site.

And below is my current I-140 status. When i asked my attorney about November-1st 2012 I-140 approval status, she replied that USCIS online approval is not 100% correct. That might be wrong from USCIS side.

My current I-140 Status on USCIS:

Initial Review

On December 13, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

==========================================================================

Here is my problem.

1. I applied my I-140 through company (A) with Attorney as (ATT-1) and location as (B).

2. Now company (A) has sold to other person and that person's new office location changed to © but company name remains same (A) and Attorney got changed to (ATT-2) due to problems with attorney and management or what ever.

3. On November 1st 2012 - My I-140 status has showed as approved

4. On November 19th 2012 - My I-140 status has showed as we sent xxx documents....

5. On December 13th 2012 - Above is the current status.

Now when i contact my Attorney (ATT-1), he/she replied that: Your company address has changed and your I-140 documents returned to USCIS. Contact your company (New person) to maintain the same OLD address as (B).

But my new CEO want to maintain the new address © (different state).

For previously filed (Before he bought) I-140 or H1B extensions purpose, he started a temporary office (Small Single room with $150 monthly rent) to collect USCIS mails. He sent leased office proof of documents to Attorney (ATT-1)

But attorney (ATT-1) saying that that is not an office. Office should be with at least one receptionist and official phone/fax with employees. Attorney also said she is not going to consider that small office or Mailing purpose office.

Note: My H1B extension got approved with new office location address proofs.

I am suffering because of these people. Please help and guide me. What is the best and worst scenario in my I-140 case.

One final question:

For getting labor and I-140 approvals, we are spending lot of money. If every time company management want to sell their company to other persons and new person want to move the office location to different place while some one applied his/her I-140 or H1B extension. What is the solution. Every time he/she will loose the money?

Please help and guide me..
