Job title in LC was mentioned as ‘xyz’ but no level mentioned. Q1. Can she get promoted within the same group from level III to IV while Labor is still pending? Job responsibilities are absolutely same. Q2. If the answer is NO for the above question, is it possible to take promotion after I-140 approval? Q3. Can she apply for new PERM and accept the promotion to level IV? Please suggest.
