EAD & AOP Renewal Questions

Hi

I would like to file my EAD and AP applications online and I have few questions about answering few Question in those forms.

1)I-131 - Class of Admission: is it suppose to be EAD ?

I entered on AP/EAD when i last visit India.

2)please select location where the I-485 is pending: which one to choose . Nebrask center is not listed in the list.

I sent the documents to attorney when i first filed my EAD/485/AP and he sent them to Pheonix,AZ. But i have nebraska listed in my receipts.

3) Fees - I have read in some forums that, If you filed your I-485 after Aug,2007 , you don't need topay Fee for EAD or AP, But it doesn't seem to be. Please confirm, if anyone has done that before.

If you are applying online and your PD is after July 2007, you will have to pay the fee.

Because the online system is designed with pay fee option only.

If your PD is after 2007,you dont have to pay the fee but have to file by paper mail not Online.
