Have Approved I-140 on EB3 and on H1B(9th year). Is it to safe to switch job at this point?

Hi,

In my current organization, they are processing green card on EB3. I have approved I-140 and my H1B is valid till 2015. Total number of years on H1B is 9+ years. Since EB3 is taking longer time, I am joining in some other organization where they can process green card through EB2. I have the copy of I-140 also. Please let me know is it safe to switch the job or do I need get any other documents from my current organization to do the transfer.
