EAD Renewal - Travelled to India

I am on L2 Visa. I have applied for renewal of my EAD in October it has expired on Dec 8th. I have received RFE and I have mailed all the required documents and photographs well before I travelled to India.

I am back in USA now. The status shows "Request for Evidence Review". USCIS has received my documents on Nov 6th, 2012. I was on vacation from November 10th and returned on Dec 10th. I did not receive any receipt notice yet after responding to RFE.

Do I need to mail the latest I 94 form to USCIS ?

Can someone please advice me on this ? Thank You!
