tarunksh Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 I had applied for Premium I-140 (EB3-EB2) case on Sept 2012. Got RFE on Sept 14th. Replied the RFE on 6th Dec.Today got email that I-140 has been approved. However 3 hours later got another email saying 15 day processing clock has been stopped and a notice has been sent for further action. I am confused now which email is correct? Anyone ever saw such a multiple emails from USCIS changing the status of case? Thanks in advance.
Attorney_15 Posted December 16, 2012 Report Posted December 16, 2012 Since premium processing service provides email service it is usually a good idea to email USCIS to ask any questions about a case's status instead of going to the website status tool.
tarunksh Posted December 18, 2012 Author Report Posted December 18, 2012 Attorney_15 thanks for taking time to reply. I can now confirm that it was some technical glitch at USCIS end. Today got the I-140 approval notice by mail. Online system however still showing the "On December 13, 2012, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER....blah blah.." Anyway, all is well that ends well...i guess.
