eb1c_filing Posted December 11, 2012 Report Posted December 11, 2012 Hello, My employer recently filed a EB1C Multi national manager petition (I140). The petition mentioned that no concurrent filing is being done.? The dates are current for the category for my nationality (India). Are there any advantages/disadvantages of not doing concurrent filing of I140 and I485? Is there any news of availability of premium processing for this category? Thanks in advance!
pontevecchio Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 EB1 is current for every nationality. Patience is golden. You could always ask your supervisor why concurrent processing was not done.

eb1c_filing Posted December 14, 2012 Author Report Posted December 14, 2012 Thank you for your replies! Yes patience is golden pontevecchio! I am just trying tobe educated about the process. I will check why concurrent filing was not done, but is it still possible to file I485 even if the I140 petition mentions no concurrent filing.
Belle Posted January 2, 2013 Report Posted January 2, 2013 In your case, I-485 filing is possible at any time your I-140 is pending or approved.
