helpme140 Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 Hello, I am going to apply for mine and spouse's EAD and AP renewal myself. I am going to move to a different place after my application is sent. 1.) Would it be okay to apply with current address on the EAD/AP renewal forms? 2.) Does USCIS (after approval) look at the address on file before sending the cards? 3.) If yes, can i assume that after i move and file a AR-11, the new address should be picked up irrespective of the old address present on the application forms? I cannot/do not want to wait till i move to the new place to apply due to the longer EAD/AP renewal timelines. Please take a look and let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
Attorney_16 Posted January 9, 2013 Report Posted January 9, 2013 Your current permanent address at the time of filing should be put on the forms. As soon as you move, you should file the Form AR-11 on the USCIS website within 10 days. You can also update your address for each individual application as well on the USCIS website. By filing the AR-11, any USCIS correspondence should be sent to the new address.
