PERM process with european Masters

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have Masters from one of the top European Universities. My masters has been evaluated by certified evaluator stating that it has equivalent credits of US Masters degree.

will my PERM application consider as EB2?

The job requirements matter. You could have a PhD, if the job only requires a bachelor degree, the case would still be in EB3.
