trivedi3377 Posted December 5, 2012 Report Posted December 5, 2012 Hi, I came to India for short vacation , went to H1b visa renewal stamping to New Delhi embassy on Nov,2011( last year). The VO asked few standard questions and asked for all the documents whatever I have.I showed him all the documents like Client letter, employment verification letter, Purchase order, appointment letter etc. VO kept all the documents with Passport , i-797. After 2 1/2 months they courier me passport without Visa stamp, original i-797 and letter saying that they are sending case back to USCIS for review. After lots of e-mails/follow up to USCIS/Embassy/DOS, the US embassy send me email on Sep,2011 saying following : "As per the US Embassy, your case has been returned to the Kentucky Consular Center in the United States. You may contact the Approving USCIS office for further information. Please consider this case closed at their office." Since then my employer and I are following up with USCIS,DOS but till now USCIS did NOT receive my case. As per their email, they are sending case to KCC and then USCIS. My case details : Model : EC. Interview date : Nov,22,2011 at New delhi embassy. Took documents at Interview only. Got 221(g) : green form. Feb 1st, 2012 : Got letter that they are sending case to USCIS. Sept 06,2012 : Finally send case to USCIS. Till now case has NOT reached to USCIS. Can some body tell me what's going on? USCIS did NOT receive my case from Sept to Dec. Seems very frustrating/ upsetting and actually I don't have words also now. Is there any one who is having same kind of issue.? Generally How much time it will take to reach case from the US embassy to USCIS?? Let's consider that KCC is there in between. Thanks. Montu
