Friend need urgent help in Itenary of services

I got mail from ottawa consulate asking for the itenarary of services. Could you someone let me know what does that mean?. Do we have any format anywhere? .Please share if you have any info asap.

Also, They asked for the recent pay statements. I think its our paystub only right ?

Itenarary of services I guess means what you are going to perform at your client place in the future till the termination of you project.Better take advice from your employer.Pay statements mean Bank statement deposits made by your employer.Better send both bank statement and paystubs
