Can I Renew EAD with the new I140 that has Priority Date from the Old perm ?

Hello Friends,

• Applied EB2 perm on Dec 26 2006 and Labor and I140 got approved in APR 2007.
  
• During July 2007 applied 485 and got EAD/AP also
  
• Was in AOS from Feb 2008 - May 2012
  
• Moved to New company filed new Perm and 140 got approved and Date got ported.
  
• After joining the new Company I did not use my EAD ,used H1B.
  

Now Can i renew My EAD with the new I140 ? or is there any other process.

Your EAD has little to do with the I-140. As long as the I-485 is pending, you may renew your EAD, period.
