abnew
Hi All, I was working with Company A on H1b and now joined Company B on EAD which is different state. I need to submit AR11 form online to notify USCIS for address change. 1. I visited USCIS website and it says in step 2 one has to select all petition for address change. Do I need to request for Address change in my old H1B petitions also(I was renewing my HI1b since 2003) ? 2. Any time limit in submitting AR11 form? I mean after moving to new place. Thanks in Advance. Link to comment
Belle
You should submit AR11 every time you move - it's a requirement of the law. "You move" - means your address changes, even if you are moving across the hallway. Why would there be a limit? The time in the law is within 10 days of the move. The only way you don't need to submit AR11 is if you leave the country and put the new address when you enter (actually, that is not a rare scenario). Link to comment
