Hope you guys won't mind. - I am currently working on H1B (Cap exempt) employer. - I have never been considered under cap. - If I apply for my new H1B visa through a cap subject employer from April 2013, can I immediately start working ? - Is it true if my visa gets approved before 1st Oct 2013, I have to leave my job and rejoin them on 1st Oct ? Please help and thanks in advance for help
