Attorney_23
Here is the message sent out today (Nov. 29) by the Department of Labor: As most of you know, the PERM online filing and processing system was disrupted late Wednesday, November 21, 2012. This disruption was caused in the performance of necessary maintenance, which temporarily disabled certain parts of the system but not the entire system. This occurrence made diagnosing and fixing the problem more difficult. While the system was fully back online late Tuesday, we are assessing the extent of the damage to cases that may have been filed during the period from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon. Link to comment
