Now, we are canada due to my visa issue so she has to leave the job. Now, once we go back to US after 6 month, she doesn't want work for 1-1.5 year. So, do you think after 2 year from today, she can work on her old H-1? Do we need to go for stamping before using H1 Also, is it possible to transfer H-1 or File H-1 with quota exempt with differnet employer
